Straight out of school into the medical billing and collections world. Started in filing and worked my way up. With over 20yrs experience working with billing, claims and collections, I have made friends, crossed paths with people from all walks of life. I love that the position I am in gives me the opportunity to help others no matter how small the complaint or how frusttrating it may get.
