Completed my internship year at various hospitals such as Groote Schuur Hospital (Surgery/ICU), Tygerburg Hospital (Renal/Oncology/Diabetes & Hypertension), Khayelitsha District Hospital (HIV/TB), Karl Bremmer Hospital (Public Food Service), Delft Clinic (Community Nutrition), Red Cross Childrens’ Hospital (Paediatrics), Gatesville Melomed Hospital (Private Food Service).
Community Service
Nelson Mandela Bay District 2023
Community Service is currently being completed in the Nelson Mandela Bay district at 4 health facilities: Laetitia Bam CHC, Mabandla Clinic, Joe Slovo Clinic & Du Preez St Clinic. I also completed 6 weeks at Livingstone Tertiary Hospital working in surgery and ICU wards. Numerous outreaches have been done within the Nelson Mandela Bay district.
