I Lania Kruger graduated High School in 2009 and completed my Higher Certificate in Advance Management, along with my RE1 and RE5 FSCA qualifications. I have 10 years of experience working in Finance, Office, and Project Management within SMME Markets. I consider myself to be a loyal person, hardworking and motivated. Adept in all aspects of project management including planning, budget management, and coordinating all working parts of a project. Experienced in working directly with clients to ensure all the goals of a project are achieved and met within scope and budget. Innovative Program Manager with a proven track record of strategically guiding organizations to reach goals.Adept in overseeing the progress of operations, and monitoring cross-company projects. Experienced in leading staff members and evaluating project progress to achieve results in a timely manner.

Held senior management positions in Money Mentor Finance and Eaglewatch Financial Services.  These key positions progressed and ranged from Project Management to Head of Finance and General Manager.
