I am Kwanele mzileni from Port Elizabeth. I hold a national diploma in industrial engineering. I am  a goal driven, young energetic engineering that is willing to learn and grow in the field.

My professional experience includes supporting production and maintenance, through evaluate documents, advance manufacturing methods and processes through lean techniques and kaizen events at Heraeus Precious metals and makes me a great candidate for your organization. Below are the few key improvements points/projects that I have done at Heraeus precious metals.

 • Diagnosed and addressed the root cause of discrepancies in raw materials and critical spare parts.

 • Process improvements through the observations and time studies conducted to the warehouse personnel.

 • Introduced two bin system and visual labels for the spare parts in the warehouse to create visual workplace. Attended lean six sigma green belt training, quality core tools. PPAP, APQP, MSA, FMEA and control plans. 

• Conducted periodical time and motion studies to analyse system productivity in refinery department. 

• Analyse and reengineer production layouts, designing and implementing efficiency and quality improvements and six sigma projects across production lines. And also providing production support and troubleshooting.

• Monitored OEE and KPIs daily 

• Crafted technical reports and presented findings to engineering manager. In addition to these qualifications, my keen attention to detail and strong time management skills are what I think sets me apart from other candidates.
