I'm kutlwano kraai a recent graduate in culinary arts,  specializing as both  chef and baker I have gained some hands on experience in professional kitchens and bakeries where I developed strong skills in food preparation, baking techniques  and kitchen operations 

I am passionate about creating quality dishes and baked goods, paying close attention to detail, taste and  presentation.  Through my training I have  learned the importance of teamwork, time management, and consistency in delivering excellent results .

I am eager to bring my skills, creativity, and dedication to a professional kitchen or bakery where I can continue to grow, learn, and contribute to the team's success 

Fournos bakery 2024/2025

At fournos bakery, I supported daily baking operations including preparing doughs ,pastries, and desserts, ensuring consistency and quality . I gained practical skills in bread and  cake production and hygiene standards in a fast paced bakery environment

Royal Elephant Hotel 2024/2024

At Royal Elephant Hotel,  i assisted chefs with food preparation for large -scale events and restaurants services. I learned to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks and contribute to high-quality  meals with strong attention to detail and presentation 

These experiences have strengthened  my foundation  in both  baking  and cooking improved my teamwork and  time management skills,  and  fueled my passion for the culinary industry
