Experience

I have over 30 years of employment experience with majority in the customer service space.

I worked on SAP R/3 and ERP for almost 10 years.

I’ve utilized procedures and experience to ensure that customers are treated fairly and empathetically. 

 

 

Education

Im currently studying towards the RE5 exam. I find this really insightful in terms of TCF and looking after the needs of clients. Specifically looking after their long terms goals and requirements.
