- Ensuring compliance/adherence to Business Unit rules/procedures and execution

- Incident Notification Flash Reports.

- Root Cause Analysis Technique.

- SHE Reports and monthly meetings.

- Safe-making of Plant and equipment and Issuing of Work permits to maintenance

Disciplines.

- Adherance to Daily Production schedule.

- Optimization of Plant/Equipment and doing troubleshooting.

- Maintaining stable plant operations and taking corrective actions when deviations
