I am a qualified Hot Kitchen and Pastry chef. I am experienced in fine dining and have over 3 years experience in the kitchen. I am a hard-working and creative person who likes to be challenged. I am a people’s person and enjoy communicating and interacting with people. I am experienced in prepping, cooking and plating at the pass, stock take and I am familiar with GAAP operating software. I also enjoy my profession and would like to see which new doors can open for me.

I have done my industry practical at Sun International in Sandton, Johannesburg. I have over 3 years experience in the hospitality industry.
Education
I have experience in running a guest house kitchen. I have also worked as a kitchen manager for over a year at a restaurant which at my time of being employed there reached the number 1 restaurant on TripAdvisor in Clarens, Free State. I am currently a head chef at a restaurant with 13 chefs working underneath me. My duties are stock control, plating and menu design.
