Experience
I am a strategic planning and performance monitoring professional with a solid public sector foundation. I specialize in compliance, project coordination, and evidence-based reporting, and I have hands-on experience in Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E), stakeholder engagement, and strategic plan administration within SETA and public utility environments.
Currently, I serve as a Performance Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting Intern at Magalies Water, where I support corporate performance reporting and compliance, assist in strategic plan administration, manage performance data, coordinate strategic meetings, and handle procurement tasks using the SAP system.
Previously, I worked as a Chambers and PMVR Intern at Services SETA, where I provided administrative support, conducted research and data analysis for strategic planning, contributed to the development of sector skills and strategic plans, engaged with stakeholders, and compiled performance reports.
My key competencies include:
· Strategic planning and public sector governance, with applied knowledge of the Skills Development Act, NQF, and National Treasury frameworks.
· Performance monitoring, evaluation, and reporting, including data analysis and statutory report compilation.
· Documentation, reporting, and database management.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SAP, and SAGE 300.

I hold a Bachelor of Administration in Public Management and International Relations from the University of Pretoria and am currently completing my Bachelor of Administration Honours in Public Administration at the University of South Africa. I have also earned certifications in data analysis, project management, advanced minute-taking, and Microsoft Excel.
I am eager to apply my skills and experience in a dynamic role where I can contribute to efficient project administration and organizational success.

I hold a Bachelor of Administration in Public Management and International Relations from the University of Pretoria (2024), which provided me with a foundational understanding of public sector governance, policy, and administrative systems.
