Streamlining human resources policies to ensure compliance with LRA 66 of 1995 and BCEA of 1997 labor regulations. By creating and maintaining a positive and responsive work environment, we raise employee retention rates by over 10% to achieve a greater than 90% employee retention over a 2-year period. Facilitate COID and UIF registration. Management of COID, UIF and payroll. Serving numerous sectors including security, retail, and hospitality. I started with this group as an assistant store manager. In 2 years, I was deployed to run a store on my own. In 2008 I was called upon to manage multiple stores. Overseeing six stores simultaneously gave me the opportunity to deploy and finely hone my skill to develop effective and efficient stock management and logistics policies and procedures. I served in the retail industry with passion and became a renowned force in the trade. My exceptional procurement and stock management skills lead to increased profitability and sustainable growth in my outlets.
