Experience

Started working as a debt review collector for a call center  in 2010 then, became a debt review clerk from 2011 till date.My role to is ensure that the workflow runs smoothly and we meet the turnaround time. I also deal with daily queries we receive from the debt counsellors and ensure that we respond their queries in time.

highest qualification Grade 12  Waverley Girl’s High School  2002.

Obtained a Diploma in Tourism at Boston Business College  2003-2005.

Also completed my paralegal studies The South African Law School in 2021
