I am a very passionate, compassionate, dedicated and progress-focused Healthcare Assistant with a long-standing background in caring for patients.

I grew up with a down syndrome sibling with a couple of medical ailments namely asthma, epilepsy, and high blood pressure. Thanks to all these experiences, I have developed a solid and strong caring competences as well as interpersonal skills.

I also have experience taking care of the elderly as I took care of my grandmother who has dementia and great-aunt aged 108 and 96 respectively. I can lay out the medication for the patients and help them take them correctly. I also have stamina to assist the individuals by helping them in and out of bed, getting dressed,bathing and preparing their meals.

I am a reliable, hardworking and reserved worker, able to build up strong and trustworthy relationships with all kinds of clients.

I believe my excellent interpersonal skills, education and personal care experience make me the best candidate for the job. In my previous work appointments, I was part of vibrant organisations where I acquired a number of skills which I believe are a transferable assert in the Healthcare sector. It has provided me with exceptional knowledge and confidence needed to properly execute my duties.

I am a fast learner, ready to explore, learn new things and undergo all necessary training to effectively carry out my duties. I have flexibility to work within your organisation or to travel to the patients homes. I hold a driver's license which can enable me to run errands and take my patients for doctors’ appointments.

In addition to helping the patients with their daily activities, I also have the ability to perform household duties for example washing dishes, cleaning, doing laundry, changing bedding, preparing meals and monitoring patients to make sure they are taking their meals properly.
