I am currently a Biomedical forensic science master's student at the University of Cape Town. 

During my Masters degree, I received knowledge, training, and skills in: 
▪ Handling, collecting and packaging evidence from crime 
scenes
▪ DNA analysis
▪ Interpreting results from DNA analysis
▪ Performing presumptive testing on bodily fluids (semen, 
urine)
▪ Toxicological analysis
▪ Bloodstain Pattern Analysis 
▪ Conducting crime scene excavations
▪ Performing anthropological analysis on human remains
▪ Fingerprint analysis
▪ Photographing crime scenes and evidence
▪ Drafting affidavits (212 & 213 OF THE CRIMINAL PROCEDURE 
ACT NO.51 OF 1977)
▪ Cross-examination as an expert witness
▪ Observing Post-mortem autopsies at Salt River Mortuary 
(Cape Town)
▪ Research in forensic fields regarding Human Identification
▪ Data Collection
 

I am currently a Biomedical forensic science masters student at the University of Cape Town (2022-2023). Modules completed: Forensic Anthropology & Anatomy, Molecular Forensics, Forensic Statistics, Forensic Pathology, Forensic Toxicology and Forensic Research methods. Modules currently completing: Applied Forensic science (1 exam left) and completing my Minor Dissertation. 

I have already obtained a BSc Honours degree in Genetics (2021) and my Undergrad BSc degree in Biochemistry and Genetics (2018-2020) at the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal.
