Experience
- Onboarding of new staff
- Prepare employee documentation for all new staff
- Notfy all relevant parties of new staff start dates (Payroll, Sales Department, Recruitment)
Exiting of staff
- Ensure that relevant employee termination documents is received (resignation, dismissal, settlement or termination letter)
- Process all terminations and submit to payroll
- Issue the relevant UIF documentation
- Keep all parties informed on all terminations (Recruitment, Regional/AM's, Payroll)
HR ADMINISTRATION
- Update probation dates on system, draft probation confirmation / extension letters
- Draft and prepare allowance, promotion / appointment and conversion letters
- Prepare employee documentation for Auditors / Labour inspectors
- Assist with employee queries, documentation and payslip requests
LEAVE MANAGEMENT (ESS & PAYROLL)
- Checking all leave applications and ensure compliance
- Remind managers re leave on ESS
- Draw monthly reports re leave credits, analyse and inform employees accordingly by the 7th of each month
- Ensure proper management of all types of leave i.e sick leave, maternity leave, FRL and unpaid leave.
- Escalate matters of potential leave abuse to the Employee Relations department
- Process all maternity leave applications for payroll department to process
- Provide guidance to employees on the Maternity / Paternity UIF claims process
- Worked on Systems Such as INTEGRITY PAYROLL , ESS, ERS.
