I have seven years of experience working in asphalt production industry, which is backed by a National Diploma in Civil Engineering, I spent this time working as a laboratory Technician where I was involved with designing asphalt mixes and conducting test on asphalt and aggregate for quality control purposes.I am passionate about working in a Technical environment, testing in the laboratory and analyising data to give insight and solutions their after. Some of my skills include ability to work under pressure, decision making, numerical skills and computer literacy.

Experience gained at AECI Much Asphalt from 2016 to 2023

• Verification and calibration of laboratory equipment 
• Asphalt, aggregate and bitumen sample preparation 
• Testing of these samples using SANS and TMH methods 
• Process control in the plant during production of asphalt
