I completed my BA Degree in Psychology and Marketing in 2017, and a postgrad Honors Degree Program in Industrial Psychology in 2022 as I have an interest in people’s soft skills and well-being. I believe an employee needs to thrive in forging and maintaining mutually beneficial business relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

I have gained experience in working with leading brands in the mobile telecommunications and petroleum industries respectively, with the primary focus being on exceeding expectations for customer service delivery and driving sales, whilst ensuring optimum brand impact.
