Work for British Gas as an inbound call centre agent : Received calls from British Gas custimers, i would help them with anything they struggle with. We used "Agent work bench" that's were you can find customer's accounts , when did they purchase gas or electric, if there's and wrong patterns on their purchase. If the meter needs to be changed we book an engeneer to go check the meter and replace it if it needs to be replaced, thats where we get those who are not paying but still using a lot of gas and electric. We also dealt 6 have power cuts those people wont have them. Just to kee them safe. M&S Marks and Spencer helped customers with their online replacing their lost items, helping them opening new accounts, placing orders for customers who need help.
