*Facilitate and monitor process training to ensure relevance and effectiveness. *Create a learning platform that supports diversity, inclusion and participation. *Creating and sourcing knowledge packs and material relevant to operational knowledge gaps identified. *Conduct follow ups and testing to check for knowledge retention. *Daily, Weekly and monthly Reporting on training methodologies. *Analysing agent process readiness to ensure lowest attrition. *Partnering with Compliance, Quality Assurance and WFM teams to ensure consultant competence prior to going live.
