● GENERAL DUTIES Assist other members of staff if they need support Compiling of F & A financial packs for meetings
Assist with clearing of allocated deposits due to excessive work load
Assist with ad-hoc invoicing due to excessive work load
Assist with posting of cashbook deposits due to excessive work load Assist with bookshop when required. Assisting with functions held by SAICE when required, e.g Civil Talk Assisting with general ledger journals when
required Changing of back-up tapes
● FILING AND ARCHIVING FOR FINANCE DEPARTMENT Accurate filing of all invoices, adjustments, receipts, general ledger journals and cashbook batches for National office, for SAICE and SAICE (Pty) Ltd.
Updating and checking of the general ledger, accounts receivable and accounts payable journal list once a year before audit.
