  • Supervision of the inbound and outbound traffic, maximizing cost-effectiveness and tracking all consignments at all times
  • Managing stock, preparations and performing Stock counts (daily, weekly and monthly)
  • Production planning as per customer requirements 
  • Picking Stock for production to run following FIFO/FEFO principles, 
  • Leading production daily meeting

  • Planning deliveries time slots

  • Reporting daily production figure and waste report to the customer, 
  • Loading and offloading of trucks and ensuring the stock is in good condition and have required documents 
  • Placing orders and calling off materials from the suppliers

  • Providing constructive feedback to the customers
  • Making sure the housekeeping is done properly 
  • controlling manufacturing and delivery processes
  • Conducting traceability and mass balance
  • Overseeing product storage, handling and distribution
  • Handling of Trials
  • Creating Bill of Materials for new products
  • Sharing monthly reports for each customer
  • Daily meeting with the customers to ensure their needs are met at all the time
  • Production planning and scheduling, manufacturing of finished goods on the system
  • Working on Chep system from ordering Chep pallets to creating transfers out 
  • Receiving the stock on the system and capturing of sales orders
