I started working for Cashbuild in 1994 as a cashier  worked myself up in 1996 I became a sales Co ordinator, in 2000 I was transfered to Klerksdorp where I was promoted as a relief manager.i was again promoted in the same year as a store manager.i am very passionate about my job as I have trained alot of people who has also became store managers and supervisors.my targets are my motivations as I have to make sure I achieve.im running a store with a turnover of 30mil per annum.
