Keorapetse Tersia Mlorobane

My name is Keorapetse Tersia Mlorobane, 26 years of age. I am currently an underwriting Consultant by profession. 

I am passionate about assisting clients within the industry I'm working in ensuring that their needs have been met. 

In 2016-October, I attended a User Centered Design course, which sharpened my computer literacy skills on Microsoft office, Word, Excel PowerPoint.

In 2018-June, I was accepted into a learnship opportunity in the aviation industry at OR Tambo International Airport. I worked in the permit office and did data capturing in the client care department. The permit office duties involved dealing with clients on a daily basis, maintaining office space, report writing and taking minutes of meetings. The training I received involved practical and theory training, soft skills and telephone etiquette. 

In 2021 September I started working at Bsure Insurance Advisors as an underwriting Consultant, duties involved finalizing client's policies on various insurer systems, sending policy documents to client, referring client's to our client care department, responding via email to client's or sending emails on behalf of clients. Updating stats. 

I have learnt to work under pressure in a sales environment, learnt the emotional intelligence to operate in a frustrating in a frustrating environment when busy, my passion for assisting clients within my space drives me to better myself. I recently obtained my RE5 qualification and intend on obtaining the RE1 qualification too. 

I look forward to engaging with clients and growing within a new workspace.

2014- Completed Matriculation at St Enda's Secondary School. 

2016- User Centered Design course. 

2018- 2019 Learnership Completed.

2023- RE5 qualification. 

Still in the process of completing my LLB qualification at UniSA.
