I also completed a Fairtree Short-Term Insurance Learnership at SDC, where I handled inbound and outbound calls, provided detailed product information, updated client accounts, and resolved customer queries in line with company standards.

In addition, my retail experience as a Sales Consultant at Legit strengthened my communication skills, ability to handle customer complaints professionally, and commitment to delivering excellent service. I am confident in my ability to work under pressure, manage high call volumes, and maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers at all times.
