• Sets/stock to be delivered within the required time to the Customer 
• Ensures that Loan Sets are complete, implants correspond with the required pick list/check list
• advises the Sales Staff of any discrepancies with regard to Loan Sets in the office or received back from the Customer 
• ensures that all usages are identified and verified by the Customer Services Officer 
• Co-ordinates the delivery schedule for the day, and ensures that all tasks are executed. 
• Ensures that all Loan Sets, Check Lists (Implants) are verified against the AS400/LANSA systems. All items must be maintained in a good state of repair. 
• ensures that all Capital, Demo and Loan equipment is controlled, monitored and issued on LANSA 
• Assists with Repairs (Endo), ensures that the correct data is given, and keeps the Sales force informed on the status of repairs. 
• Co-ordinates all repairs being done and checks with the CSO’s that the repairs are recovered and invoiced. Ship Repairs to Repair Facility 
  • Assists with stock takes when required 
  • Assists with Call Outs every month, and also with deliveries 
  • Ensures that the working environment is safe at all times, neat, clean and risk-free 
  • Maintains company vehicle and abides to all South African Road regulations. 
  • Driving Duties 
  • Delivers and collects Loan Sets/Capital Equipment to/from Customers, under 
• Picks and delivers implant stocks to customers. 
• Checks Loan Sets, i.e. 
  • Implants used 
  • Replenish implants 
  • Instruments complete on Loan Sets 
  • Checks that instruments are sharp and in working order (Loan Set Maintenance) 
  • Checks that instruments are thoroughly cleaned before and after use 
  • Confirms that checklists are correct 
  • Reports any discrepancies to Sales Personnel and Inventory/Loan Set Controllers 

Duties

• Picks stock according to daily pick lists in order of priority
• Checks shelves because stock is also picked by Loan Set Controllers Ensures that all stock appearing on the pick list is packed, and any discrepancies sorted out 
• Liaises with Loan Set Controllers and colleagues if any stock cannot be found
• Attends to queries and problems on a continuous basis, consulting with Management where necessary
• Keeps track of stock sent to other   depots returned as “excess stock”, which is then requested back again. Participates in quarterly stock take
• Assists in ensuring that the warehouse environment is clean, tidy and safe house keeping
• Supervise employees under my control.
• Ensure that stock receipts are captured.
• Ensure that Inter-Depot Transfers are accurately issued and received.
• Assist with stock take management in Johannesburg and Bloemfontein
• Receiving stock

• Move damaged stock,  product recall and expired stock to quarantine shelf 
• Labeling and bar coding 
• Do weekly Cycle count and stock take quarterly
