   Purchasing of the stationery and cleaning material for the company

   Capturing of invoices for payments in the system

    Ensuring that all the invoices are paid in time.

    Sourcing of Quotations for office supplies to be procured. 

    Handling Tenants (Queries for accommodation, issuing monthly statements, complains and follow      ups)

Follow up on payments to ensure that the suppliers are   paid on time within 30 days.

Capturing salaries in the Pastel payroll system

Filling of all vouchers, authorizations forms and supporting
