• Responsible for branch flow and coordination. 
• Assisting clients to complete transactions in the Self service and Bring your own device area. 
• Maintain look and feel of branch. 
• Ensure all clients are issued with a queue ticket and to make sure they are directed to the correct service area. 
• Observe clients and frequently review the queue to make sure time to serve and time of service are not breached.
