Keitumetse Mosaka

A BCom Law graduate with a major in Human Resources, passionate about cultivating an inclusive and positive work environment where employees will be engaged and aligned with organisational values and goals. Through my academics I have developed core HR principles, which have given me a strong foundation to use during my internships. I aim to add value, meet and exceed targets and contribute towards the growth of the organisation as well as for myself as a professional.

The main duties in this role are attending to queries and resolving them swiftly, site visitations to check the work environment of the employees and the quality of their work. Managing employee clock-ins, ensuring rates and hours are inputted correctly and registering and blocking retrenched employees on Jem. Application of the disciplinary code of conduct for offences, charging and booking hearings for offending employees and processing disciplinary outcomes. Filing and upkeeping employee records and managing employee leave. CV screening, interviewing and processing of criminal background checks. Inducting and drafting contracts for candidates. 

Bcom law degree, majoring in HR, the qualification is a mix of commerce and law modules.
