I am an ambitious, energetic and punctual young woman with a passion to make a difference. I believe in strong moral values and that a balanced life is important for family, personal and career success. The strong leadership, communication and administrative qualities I possess enable me to inspire others and myself to achieve and to exceed expectations every day. I am a team player with a noticeable willingness to work hard and under pressure.

My current position is at Harmony Gold Mine where I am a Stakeholder Relations Officer, servicing three operations, municipalities and mine communities namely Merafong, Mogale City and City of Joburg. I have extensive experience in stakeholder relationship management and the development thereof. Additionally, I work closely with both internal departments and contractors in addressing concerns, complaints and grievances raised by external stakeholders in relation to our operations and/or projects in both a proactive and reactive manner. I additionally have mining experience in Human Resources and Employee Relations.

I am holding a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree majoring in Development Studies and Psychology, and an Honours degree obtained from Wits University. Due to being passionate about growth, I further completed two courses with Enterprises University of Pretoria namely; Junior and Emerging Leadership programme as well as Effective Stakeholder Management programme.
