I am a final-year Chemical Engineering student looking to start my career. 

As a mother, wife, full-time student, free-lance tutor, and student mentor, I have mastered the art of being a self-starter, and have honed incredible planning and organization skills. I boast a total of 18 distinctions thus far and a work ethic that is focused on excellence and is goal orientated. 

I offer my ability to work completely independently to complete projects or tasks to a high standard. I also offer my skills in a team structure - where I apply communication skills and other soft skills that I have honed during my mentorship training. 

My passion is my strongest and most easily recognized attribute which is demonstrated in always going the extra mile. There is no job too big or daunting for me as I enjoy and require a challenge to keep my brain stimulated and well-balanced.

I value ethics, integrity, and commitment and I look forward to applying my skillset and values to the ideal company.

I have been a student for the past 2 and a half years and will expand on some of my experience and skills. 

As a fully online engineering student, I have been actively setting goals, formulating plans and actively working towards my success every day. Using MS programs to complete tasks, I always ensure a high standard of work. I communicate with my lecturers and mentor at least on a weekly basis to share my updates or to raise concerns. 

I have been utilizing various online resources, in addition to the resources given, to fill in the gaps and to further enhance my understanding of the concepts. My true passion is demonstrated when I watch lectures or read journals to further understand how the concepts are being applied in the real world today. I then take this information and share my findings with my lecturer and use these findings in tests. 

Being stuck is never an option for me. I have a goal and I work towards achieving it - with excellence and pride and no excuses. 

I am studying towards a Chemical Engineering diploma. I have completed ALL theory modules for the course with an overall average of 79%. I require practical experience in order to graduate and further my studies.
