Kayleigh Cleophas

I am a young and ambitious lady. That believes that growth on any level in an organization is core to be successful. I am Currently on a Cultural Exchange Program about in The United States of America where I have gained international experience on what it takes to work with people that has different perspectives, culture and backgrounds.

While in school, I worked hard to hone my industrial psychology skills along with critical thinking and analytics skills. I am focused and attentive to detail when addressing highvolume task loads to meet deadlines. I am inspired by making a positive impact by applying strategic planning skills and my problem-solving abilities allow me to address challenges to achieve effective results. My academic and cultural exchange experience have served me well in developing my critical thinking, problem-solving, and planning skills. I work well to use clear and concise communication to interact professionally with co-workers, supervisors and cliental. I have completed N4 and N5 in Business Management along with a BA degree in industrial psychology.
