 I am Katlego Motshoene a learning and deveolment consultant, I have experience in using Discovery products as solutions to a client’s financial planning challenges and experience in upselling and cross selling Discovery products. I have experience in creating, developing and implementing learning and development interventions.All my experience comes from being a Discovery financial adviser as well as a senior learning and development consultant in The Discovery Institute of Training.

I have been approached for client relationship and corporate relationship roles in Discovery on secondment and I would like a Client relationship role hpwever on a permanent basis.

I have worked in the follwoing areas.

1. 2016 - 2018 Discovery academy financial adviser
2. 2018- current Discovery learning and development consultant

I have the following qualifications.

1. Post graduate in financial planning
2. Financial planning degree
3. UCT Business course on leadership (Intermeiary level)
4. Train the trainer qualification (Both online and in-person) From the Macmaster institure in the UK and Train the trainer in SA
