I am an action orientated individual with a sense of urgency, determined in
achieving goals whilst never losing sight of the broader picture. I thrive in a
cross functional environment that requires interaction with people in different
roles and with different skill sets. I am decisive, assertive and fairly toughminded,
this often means that I take the lead in group discussions and
decisions.
My aim is to make an impactful contribution to my employer and to climb

• I have been involved with the drafting of financial due diligence reports
(buy and sell side) to various entities including large JSE listed &
international entities. I have had exposure to various industries including
but not limited to healthcare and pharmaceuticals & mining, recycling,
automotive, transport & logistics and financial services (including
insurance). This included the analysis of the income statement, balance
sheet, working capital and other qualitative factors. The analysis was
completed in a dealtool (excel) and then documented in the report. I
have further worked with the PwC UK transaction services team (on
secondment) and had exposure to their methodologies. I have had
further exposure to power query, power pivot, power BI and Alteryx.

• Within the Financial Services sector that caters for large financial
institutions, Private equity, Asset management, Medical schemes and
Insurance (Life & Non-Life). I have experienced with JSE Listed entities.
I have had exposure to clients in each of the industries above. I have
also had further exposure to the retail and manufacturing operations. I
have been involved in many aspects of the audit process from planning
& pre-engagement, execution and completion.
