As you will find on my resume, I have had a variety of experiences with many different roles
in Banking, Healthcare, Retail, FMCG, Training, Construction and Cement. From my time
at ABSA to my time at Lixil. I am looking to make the next step in my career by leveraging my banking and retail experience to do Credit Management.
As a prospective employee, I immediately can bring the following qualities to the team:
Credit Vetting - throughout my career, I have been geared into tactical decision making regarding granting, extending and maintaining credit facilities. From using a credit scoring model to grant home loans, credit card limits and overdraft facilities for individuals and companies to learning to make calculated decisions for customer account facilities by interpreting Financial Statements, credit reports, considering risk factors, legalities and client expectations.
SAP - Having a great understanding SAP as a user and super user at AfriSam, I was part of a task team to implement Automated Banking Transactions for the Credit Department. This experience placed me on the implementation teams at both Barloworld and Lixil consecutively, resulting in a trouble free transition (output) due to accurate Master Data (input).
Learning and development - this is what I strive for. Improving myself to obtain optimal results. I firmly believe in developing my team to advance in their careers. I do have a keen eye for identifying areas that need improvement and with proper planning and guidance, great staff performance will be achieved.
