I’m currently a Quality Controller at Trident Steel, where I’ve been specializing in automotive components since April 2015. In this role, I manage and resolve customer quality-related issues, ensure compliance with industry standards, and work closely with both internal teams and clients to maintain high product reliability and customer satisfaction. Over the years, I’ve developed strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-improvement skills. I hold a background in Operations Management, which has helped me understand the broader production and supply-chain aspects of quality control.
