I have 9  years of experience in support my previous role was as an IT Support Specialist for hcl technologies based in Johannesburg south Africa at a clients site CHEP, I supported 650 users in Johannesburg for hardware software networking issues I provided support for desktops laptops access point mobile devices and printers, office 365 support and any other software that the client needed help with I also supported Zimbabwe, Zambia, port Elizabeth, Capetown. I have experience with active directory and LAPS, imaging desktops and laptops as well as repairing desktops and laptops, I also have experience as an IT field technician.
