For the last 14 years I have trained entry level staff and moved with them from induction through talent management and ending with restaurant general managers. 

My career slightly changed focus in 2019 when I started lecturing chefs, working in higher education has been a great deal of fun, lecturing Culinary Arts, Pastry and Advanced Management in Culinary Arts. 

Always improving on my skill and studying as I go. 
Currently busy with my ODETDP certification.
