Responsibilities

Ø  Identify, create and oversee the execution of a regional business plan that drives the achievement of key strategic imperatives and operational KPAs and that maximizes business opportunities.

Ø  Ensure that the right regional organizational structure is in place to ensure delivery on the regional business plan.

Ø  Inspire, motivate and influence the regional MANCO and operations teams by presenting a compelling vision and creating a positive work environment for the teams to achieve the required business results.

Ø  Along with the National Financial Manager, provide accurate monthly growth and operating profit forecasts.

Ø  Review and approve all client costings to ensure alignment to margin parameters.
