Ø  Identify, create and oversee the execution of a regional business plan that drives the achievement of key strategic imperatives and operational KPAs and that maximizes business opportunities.

Ø  Along with the National Finance Manager and Regional Ops Finance Analyst, closely track the monthly financial performance of the region and implement appropriate cost control and margin improvement measures to ensure the achievement of the operating profit budget at the required ROS margin.

Ø  Along with the National Financial Manager, provide accurate monthly growth and operating profit forecasts.

Ø  Review and approve all client costings to ensure alignment to margin parameters.

Ø  Adhere to company financial management system principles, practices, policies and procedures.

Ø  Ensure a climate and culture is created in the region that fosters a close working relationship between operations and the regional growth team.

Ø  Along with the BMs, work closely with the growth team to close deals in order for regional sales targets to be achieved.
