Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs, provide updates on order status, and address any concerns or issues.
Identify new business opportunities and upsell additional products or services to existing clients.
Manage and resolve client issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner, and escalate issues to Elsje.
Work to retain clients by providing excellent customer service, responding to client needs, and identifying opportunities to improve the client satisfaction rate.
Ensure that projects are done on time and within budget, and that client expectations are met or exceeded.
