Oversee all civil construction projects (pipelines – sewerage, water, storm water and road construction) and coordinate with other project managers and contractors

•  Monitor compliance with building and safety codes and regulations

•  Ensuring that all proposals and contracts are signed and approved

•  Preparation of Tenders and Contract Documents

•  Liaise with Municipal Professionals regarding new developments

•  Project management and quality insurance monitoring

•  Site inspections, write reports of inspections and reading of plans

•  Site handovers, preparing handover certificates

•  Manage employees – engineer, technicians, admin staff

•  Manage office

•  Handle all financial matters
