About Johannes Sibanyoni:
I'm an accomplished Research chemist/Lecturer/ validation scientist/project manage with a PhD in Chemistry qualification. Over the years i have developed a strong robust background in pharmaceutical industry, petrochemical and engineering industry, higher education and training.
Some of the role included: Validation Officer at Adcock Ingram( RSA), Research and Development Chemist at ITHEMBALABS-NRF(RSA), Research Chemis at Universit of Portier (France), Research Chemist at University of the Western Cape(RSA), scientist in-training at Sasol(RSA).
My work experience as a Validation Officer at Adcock Ingram, where I was responsible for ensuring GMP compliance, executing validation protocols, updating the Site Validation Master Plan, and supporting new product introductions in line with FDA, WHO, and MCC regulatory requirements.
Despite a gap in formal employment over the past five years, I have remained intellectually and professionally active. i continue to pursuing continuous learning, staying abreast of validation and quality management trends, regulatory changes, and maintaining updaupdated knowledge in pharmaceutical sciences.
My prior roles—especially at Adcock Ingram and iThembaLABS—demonstrate a strong grounding in validation of equipment, process validation and systems within GMP environments, making me an asset and I can quickly adapt and contribute meaningfully to the company.
My academic achievements (including a PhD in Chemistry) reflect analytical rigour, research discipline, and project lleadership. I also brings a blend of technical skills such as validation protocol development, projec managemen, quality management, equipment commissioning, and SOP compliance, along with a firm grasp of ISO standards, WHO, CGMP, PICS, chemical safety, and QA/QC principles.
I'm willing to relocate and available to start immediadriven. I'm driven to re-enter the industry and reapply my technical expertise and leadership experience in a meaningful and impactful way.
