I am a very driven, dedicated, and hard-working young man. I am extremely goal orientated and target-driven. My determination to succeed enables me to push myself in all that I do. Most of my working experience has been in customer service. This has become a passion of mine. To know that I am able to use my knowledge in order to assist others is something I look forward to everyday.

I am computer literate, completed a 3 year diploma in IT Management. I work well with computers, repair them at times and am very comfortable with MS Office products. I have worked with different CRM's and means of communication within a workplace such as salesforce, slack, 8x8, Momentum telephonic system, zoom, skype, google voice, Teams, and other company specific applications.

Associate Authentication Analyst and Customer Service

Key Responsibilities: Validating companies that have applied for SSL Certificates with Digicert to secure their websites.

The validation process includes doing online researches of the companies using verified sources, customer service, both inbound and outbound via the means of chats, email, and phone calls.

I work as a language specialist for Spanish and Portuguese and assist in translation of documents, language phone calls and more.

Emails, chats, and phone calls are conducted in the languages above as well as English. Well equipped in Salesforce, Slack, Momentum, 8x8 and other CRM's
