As an assistant manager , I oversee the daily operations of the property, ensuring guest satisfaction, staff efficiency, and revenue growth. I have a diploma of education in hospitality administration/management from International College of Tourism and Management, where I learned the fundamentals of hotel and tourism management. I have more than four years of work experience in the hospitality industry, working as a supervisor at Oku Asian Eatery and a food server at College Garden Hotel. I have developed strong skills in guest service management, communication, and hotel management, and I am passionate about delivering high-quality service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. I am also interested in learning new skills and exploring new opportunities in the hospitality field.
