• Adept at creating visually compelling presentations and rendering support for architectural proposals.

Engineering Drafting:

• Specialised in producing detailed civil engineering drawings, including site grading, drainage plans (stormwater, sanitary sewer), utility layouts, roadway design, and earthworks.
• Experienced in preparing infrastructure plans for land development, municipal projects, and transportation initiatives.
• Competent in contour mapping, cut/fill calculations, and volume analysis.
• Familiar with relevant engineering standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements (e.g., SANS, local municipal guidelines).
• Skilled in incorporating topographical surveys, geotechnical data, and hydraulic analyses into accurate civil drawings.

Software & Technical Proficiency (Across Both Disciplines):

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, Civil 3D, and other relevant CAD/BIM software platforms.
• Strong understanding of drafting standards, layering conventions, and output management.
• Adept at 2D drafting and 3D modeling for accurate representation and coordination.
• Proven ability to review and redline drawings, ensuring quality control and adherence to project specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills in resolving design conflicts and technical challenges through drafting solutions.
