Executing my role as General Manager of Doppio Zero has highlighted my ability to excel in high-pressure environments while managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously. My ability to create and implement effective improvement through systems, processes and business strategies has resulted in my branch turning a profit within the first 3 months of my employment. Something that this branch found difficult to achieve in over a year prior. I thrive on forming strong relationships with staff and my team to produce a dynamic and effective working environment and culture.

My exposure to various working environments has been advantageous and enhanced my leadership and creativity within the workplace. My studies in engineering has given me the ability to effectively solve problems and be solution focused. My current pursuit in accounting, will strengthen my critical thinking and my expertise in compliance, strategic planning and financial management and analysis. I am passionate about leadership development, mentorship/counselling and project management. I am also driven, ambitious, proactive, reliable, and work well within groups, as a leader and as part of a team.
