About Ji'sonia Badri:
I am presently working at The Fix ,since 2016 and have been relieving as store manager on and of for the past 3years.Being in retail has given me the opportunity to grow on a personal and professional level.I consider Team building as pivotal in achieving organisational targets and have fostered strong links amongst my fellow colleagues with the aim of achieving goals and creating a sense of ownership and harmony in the workplace.I am passionate about people and love interacting with and meeting new people.I beleive that punctuality is very important in any facet of business,thus possessing Time management skills is an important skill that I have mastered and practice daily.Strong communication skills ,people skills and people management skills have allowed me to keep my team motivated and allowed me to help grow my customer base at The Fix.Scheduling ,Banking,various administration tasks have allowed me to have excellent administration skills.
