work at poultry warehouse as a quality control team leader with 30 staff members under my supervision. I report directly to the Quality control supervisor. Our company supplies quality poultry products for well- known brands such as KFC and Nandos with strict regulations and standards for compliance.
My Responsibilities are as follows
 Supervise a team of 30 people
 Monitoring of operations to ensure they meet production
standards
 Monitoring the QSR line for clients such as KFC/Nandos
 Inspecting, testing and measuring products being produced  Accepting or rejecting finished products
 Doing KPI and checking metal detectors
 Removing all product that fails to meet specifications
 Reporting inspections and texting data such as weight,
temperature, grades, moisture content and quantities inspected  Calibrating thermometers and maintaining standard operating
procedures (SOPs) on daily basis

Duties and responsibilities
 Plan, prepare and deliver lessons to groups of learners consisting of between 40 to 50 learners per classroom
 Classroom management and supervision
 Monitoring and tracking progress and development of learners
 Administration
 Reporting to the heads of departments on progress, issues and
anomalies
 Attending staff meetings and adhering to decisions taken at
meetings
 Teach, assign, correct and mark learners work on a regular basis
