This includes organizing logistics, securing venues, coordinating speakers and presenters, handling registrations, and ensuring everything runs smoothly on the day of the event. My role involves communication with various stakeholders, managing budgets, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that the event meets the goals and expectations of the organizers and attendees.
