About Jerusha Reddy:
I have established and owned an independent community pharmacy for almost 6 years (Feb 2010 - September 2015) and acquired the requisite knowledge, skills, and expertise in running a business as a sole proprietor. I am a great passion for healthcare and business. I have taken every job opportunity under my wing, embraced every challenge, found quick solutions to problems and established cordial relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including the SAPC. My experience extends from 16 years of experience in retail, public and private hospital, clinical research, learning and development, of which 14 years has been in management of business and employees. I have excellent budgeting skills which was acquired early in my career when I owned my pharmacy and ran the business monthly without an overdraft, 30 day accounts and all debt with stakeholders were paid timeously. There is no doubt that I will be an asset your company and I am sure to make a difference in your organisation if afforded the opportunity.
