About Jennifer Watson:

I have achieved a vast selection of skills and competencies from the start of my career,especially within the Banking and Insurance industry. I have both inbound and outbound call centre experience as a leader and manager. I am a very analytical thinker who pays attention to detail with information. I am very professional in my work, especially when dealing with internal and external stakeholders. I am very honest and always use my own initiative to assist the business in meeting required objectives. I love being proactive in order to complete required tasks within stipulated deadlines. I also love being creative in providing suitable solutions to improve both customer retention and satisfaction. I love working with people and am a great team player. I am also very assertive and motivating when managing staff. My motto is to "get it right" the first time thus ensuring queries are dealt with as promptly and efficiently as possible to alleviate customer concerns.

I have a vast knowledge as to how service and sales should be dealt with effectively, as I offer solutions to mitigate possible areas of risks identified telephonically by consultants. I am very loyal and committed in my job,whilst adding value to meet business objectives.

To date I have achieved both my Financial Services accreditation's as a Rep (RE5) and KI (RE1). I have also achieved 30 credits in the Short Term industry, together with a diploma in Financial Planning.

I also hold Certificates in Bookkeeping, Practical Accounting, Banking and Life Coaching together with a Higher Certificate in Business Management.
