Jenna Morgan

I am a 31 year old female.

I possess a degree in Industrial and Organisational psychology, and I am currently studying towards my PGDip in Monitoring and Evaluation at Wits online school. 

My personal skills include the ability to multi-task, stay organized and to adjust to different work conditions in a fast and timely fashion. They also include being dependable, organized and observant with the ability to pay close to attention to detail. I have an influential personality and possess strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly.

I have worked across different NGO sectors including Health, Child Welfare and Sport for Development. I am well versed in MS Office tools, Sales Force, data collection, processing, quality control, and statistical analysis and reporting.

My experience involves the design and review of M&E frameworks, the definition of data collection methodologies, The development of tools for data capture and analysis, the measurement of programme achievements against indicators set out in frameworks and much more.
